I’m Carina, your Certified Personal Trainer in the Greater Toronto Area.

I care deeply about my clients and I am passionate about helping others to achieve their goals and feel good about themselves. A healthy lifestyle is based on a balance of exercise, eating healthy, mental fortitude, rest, and good sleep hygiene. 

I would love to help to empower you to experience what your body is capable of. My goal is to support you in finding your well-balanced lifestyle. 

As a mother of two daughters and a woman in her 40s, I understand that it is not always easy to find enough time for a well-balanced lifestyle or to find the right motivation to move regularly. Yet, I have experienced myself how much satisfaction physical education can bring as I dedicated myself to a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

I specialize in Health and Wellness Coaching, Weight Loss, Strength and Conditioning, Women's Health, and Nutrition Coaching. My company’s emphasis is on training anyone can gain value from. You do not need to have access to a gym or expensive equipment to train with us. We incorporate a variety of easy-to-store equipment including kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, and dumbbells.
